PYUSD PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN TERMS & CONDITIONS

Promotional Campaign Period:

The campaign starts at 00:00 AM (UTC) on November 24, 2025, and ends at 00:00 AM (UTC) on December 8, 2025.

Promotional Campaign Award:

10 PYUSD is awarded to each of the first 4,500 customers who swap and hold 10 or more PYUSD using LOBSTR during the Promotional Campaign Period.

Conditions

In order to qualify for the 10 PYUSD award, a LOBSTR customer must be one of the first 4,500 customers to buy 10 or more PYUSD (incl. fees) on the LOBSTR platform after the start of the campaign time, and then still be holding 10 or more PYUSD in their wallet at the completion of the Promotional Campaign Period.

For further avoidance of doubt, each customer is accountable for the transaction fees and needs to buy more than 10 PYUSD (incl. fees) in a single swap transaction. This means that the first 4,500 customers need to have a wallet balance of 10 or more PYUSD at the completion of the Promotional Campaign Period in order to qualify.

Customers must use the Swap page on the LOBSTR website or mobile app to make their swap transaction. Transactions made using third-party services, using the WalletConnect integration, or using LOBSTR browser extension are not eligible to qualify for this promotional campaign.
Eligibility criteria

This promotion is open to all LOBSTR customers eligible to buy and hold PYUSD token issued by PayPal on the Stellar network in their local jurisdiction.

Network snapshot of customers’ wallet balances will be made by LOBSTR at 00:00:00 AM (UTC) on December 8, 2025, in order to determine customers’ eligibility for this promotion. Customers must keep their wallet connected to their LOBSTR account and must hold a balance of 10 or more PYUSD in their wallet at the time of the network snapshot to be eligible for the award.

There is a maximum of one promotional award per customer’s wallet. LOBSTR will exclude any account created using fake or fraudulent details from participating in the promotional campaign and will not pay promotional awards in the event such activity is discovered. Employees of LOBSTR or any of its subsidiaries are not eligible for the promotional campaign. This promotional campaign is not valid in conjunction with any other current or past promotions.
Agreement to these Terms

Without limiting the applicability of LOBSTR's User Agreement and Privacy Policy to customers who sign up, you agree to be bound by these additional Terms for this promotional campaign. You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility criteria. You also agree to accept any decision made by LOBSTR, including a determination of ineligibility, in these Terms as final and binding.
Awards

There is a total limit of 45,000 PYUSD in award volume to this promotional campaign. Only the first 4,500 customers who qualify will be awarded 10 PYUSD. Awards will be distributed to eligible customers’ wallets. Customers must have the PYUSD trustline on their wallet to receive the promotional award. Customers who do not maintain the PYUSD trustline at the time of award distribution will be disqualified, and the award will be sent to the next eligible participant based on the date and time of the 10 or more PYUSD swap transaction in their wallet.

The manner in which awards are sent to eligible customers is at LOBSTR's discretion. LOBSTR will award eligible customers by making a 10 PYUSD payment transaction to their wallets after verifying customers’ eligibility. Eligible customers will be awarded no later than one month after the Promotional Campaign Period end date.
Contacting award recipients

Eligible customers will be notified of their 10 PYUSD awards via email, delivered after the award payment is sent to their wallet. LOBSTR will also make an announcement on social media to notify that the awards have been distributed to all eligible customers.
Limitation of liability

LOBSTR does not accept liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any customer due to this promotional campaign.

LOBSTR shall not be responsible for any damage or loss suffered by any customer due to the publicity associated with this promotional campaign or any promotional activity by LOBSTR or Ultra Stellar OÜ.

Subsequent ownership and trade in crypto by the customer is beyond LOBSTR’s control. Therefore, LOBSTR does not accept any liability for the customer or a third party resulting from the customer’s future dealings.
Account information

You acknowledge that you will safeguard your login and account information and be your account and wallet’s sole operator/accessor/transactor. LOBSTR will not be liable for any loss you may incur if you disclose your login and crypto wallet details to a third party intentionally or by negligence. If LOBSTR incurs any loss due to your negligence or willful disclosure to a third party, you shall indemnify LOBSTR to the extent of our loss.
Nature of Business

LOBSTR is neither an investment company nor an investment advisory. LOBSTR is a platform that allows you to access public information and transact on the Stellar network. We do not operate, participate in, or promote any multi-level marketing scheme. We do not accept any responsibility for any loss if you engage in such transactions.
General

LOBSTR reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotional campaign with or without prior notice for any reason. These may include, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected, or actual fraud or where it considers it necessary to do so. Our decision is final and binding in this instance, and no correspondence will be entered.

LOBSTR shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something beyond its reasonable control.

LOBSTR does not guarantee award payout for every customer due to limitations outlined above, including but not limited to, the risk of fraud or violations of any other terms outlined in our Terms of Use. These Terms are subject to change.
